WILCOX – Pennsylvania State Police Trooper and Public Information Officer Bruce Morris said currently local and state officials are investigating the Lockes Hill area of Wilcox. 

“We are in the investigation stage, and there is nothing to tell,” Morris said. “However, there is enough buzz going on throughout Elk County that we will definitely get something together.”

A state police cruiser, a truck with government plates and a U.S. Forest Service Department of Agriculture vehicles were spotted yesterday afternoon along Lockes Hill in Wilcox.
