Ned Jacob of St. Marys visited Towson, MD over the weekend where the area was hit with the massive snow storm. His daughter Emily (Jacob) George is shown attempting to shovel  a vehicle out of the  26.5" of snow the area received within 24 hours. Many residents on the east coast found there was very little space to dispose of the snow.
