Viewing party set for tonight as Pip battles on 'The Voice'

Photo by Becky Polaski - While Pip is not yet into the voting rounds of "The Voice," area residents can still support the young singer by tuning in to his next appearance on the show tonight at 8 p.m. Residents and area businesses, such as the Windfall Car Wash along state Street in St. Marys, have been quick to support the singer, who has ties to the St. Marys area.

ST. MARYS - Pip, the son of St. Marys native Jim Arnold, will once again be appearing on NBC's "The Voice" this evening, and area residents are encouraged to attend a viewing party at ChinAmerica Palace in St. Marys to support the young singer.
Pip's aunt, Laura Claypool, has organized the event, which she described as a way for Pip's local supporters to "bite their nails together" as they wait to see if he makes it to the next round in the competition. The show starts at 8 p.m.; however, individuals can come early and take advantage of some "Pip" food specials.
