Watermelon eating contest held on third day of Elk County Fair

Although it had rained earlier in the day, there were sunny skies on Thursday at the Elk County Fair. The fun continued on the third day of activities with the street truck pull, talent show and watermelon-eating contest, and entertainment that included the Dan and Galla Musical Show performing on the George A. Swanson Memorial Stage. The fair continues through Saturday.
