Yes. These employees are responsible for children's safety and shouldn't be under the influence.
Yes. School employees already undergo background checks; this is just the next logical step.
No. I think it is an invasion of privacy for prospective school employees to be drug-tested.
No. I am not aware of drug use among school employees as a large enough problem to justify the expense this effort would create.
