Prosecution rests after day two of Milliard trial

The jury trial of Francis Anthony Milliard, 55, of Ridgway, on charges of arson and related offenses as well as insurance fraud stemming from a Dec. 4, 2008 fire at a Johnsonburg property owned by him is headed into its third and final day.
