Your new neighbors in Elk County may very likely be young, first-time home buyers, according to recent home sales in the area.
Cathie Bauer, Association Executive for the Elk-Cameron Board of Realtors and a broker for Anderson & Kime Realty Services, Inc., said numerous home buyers under 30 years old closed on houses this year.
