Living Stations program features students from both middle schools

In an emotional production of "The Living Stations," students from St. Marys Catholic and St. Marys Area middle schools have joined together in portraying Jesus' final hours with both respect and accuracy."Working on such a moving play together has been a terrific experience for all," said Faith Formation Program Facilitator Vanessa Weis. "The production is as moving for the students as it is for the people watching it. Being a part of this reenactment helps to strengthen their appreciation for the sacrifice Jesus made for our sins long ago."For the first time in the production's history of the Passion of the Lord, the 18-member cast consists of seventh and eighth grade students from both the Catholic and public middle schools. The biennial production takes place every other year.
