Ready, set, bid - Rotary auction set for Sunday

Since the late 1960s, the St. Marys Rotary Club has conducted their annual radio auction which has evolved throughout the years, now becoming a live television auction.
The day-long auction is set for Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
Over 400 items are being featured in this year's event. The offerings range from a wide variety of gift cards and certificates to numerous businesses, eateries and beverage distributors, a fire ring, furniture, children's toys and games, and concert tickets,
The auction will be broadcast on Zito Media's Channel 4, dedicated to specifically broadcasting city happenings, and streamed live on The River 98.9 WQKY's website. 
Preregistration begins Sunday at 11 a.m. by calling 834-2241 at which time a caller will receive a pin number. This number should be provided whenever a person places a bid. An operator will contact a person if they submit a successful bid.
